You may request a voter registration card from the Missouri Secretary of State.
You may also register at a Department of Motor Vehicles, or your local election commission (listed below).
In order to register, you must meet the following criteria:
- 18 Years of age by Election Day (you may register at the age of 17, if the election is after your birthday)
- US Citizen
- Missouri Resident
You may not register if:
- you are confined under a sentence of imprisonment;
- you are on probation or parole after the conviction of a felony
- you have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor connected with voting or the right of sufferage
