  2.  Request a Registration Card

    You may request a voter registration card from the Missouri Secretary of State.

    You may also register at a Department of Motor Vehicles, or your local election commission (listed below).

    In order to register, you must meet the following criteria:

    • 18 Years of age by Election Day (you may register at the age of 17, if the election is after your birthday)
    • US Citizen
    • Missouri Resident

    You may not register if:

    • you are confined under a sentence of imprisonment;
    • you are on probation or parole after the conviction of a felony
    • you have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor connected with voting or the right of sufferage


  3.  Request an Absentee Ballot

    You may print a pdf request for an absentee ballot.
